Insight Walks & Retreats

What if nature became your therapeutic space?

And if nature became your therapeutic space?

Why choose a session in nature?

Insight Walks are therapy or coaching sessions held outdoors, combining movement, breathing, meditation, visualization, and compassionate listening.

Walking, breathing, sensing… and allowing what needs to be seen, welcomed, and transformed to emerge.

In daily life, often saturated with screens, stress, and obligations, we become increasingly disconnected from our inner resources.
Nature offers a space of calm, clarity, and reconnection. It acts as a benevolent mirror and helps us return to what truly matters.

Benefits

Physical movement stimulates the body, unlocks thought patterns, and supports a better flow of energy.

Walking naturally reduces stress by lowering stress hormones (cortisol) and increasing feel-good hormones (endorphins, serotonin).

The natural environment supports presence, grounding, and emotional regulation.

For many people, talking while walking side by side allows for a more fluid and spontaneous exchange than sitting face to face in an office.

For some, it is also a practical way to optimize time by integrating a moment of care and reconnection into a workday or a transition period.

How does an Insight Walk work?

Each session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on your needs.
We meet in a calm, inspiring place — in the forest, by a lake, or on an accessible trail near Chamonix.

The intention is always to help you listen to what is happening within you, release what feels heavy, and leave with more clarity, lightness, and renewed momentum.

Who is it for?

Insight Walks are for anyone who is:

going through a period of transition or existential questioning,

experiencing stress, mental overload, or anxiety,

seeking meaning, grounding, or reconnection,

or simply curious to explore an alternative, embodied form of therapy connected to nature.

It’s not about “fixing” anything in you — but about allowing yourself to return to your true nature, to what is already there beneath the layers of tension, fear, or fatigue.
